The Art of Photographing Your Wedding Day

My approach is centered around capturing the day as it naturally unfolds while blending different styles that best fit each moment. A wedding day is full of so many different emotions and moments that can’t be defined by just one photography style. Because of that, I love mixing candids, true documentary storytelling, editorial portraits, and intentionally posed images. This balance allows me to capture both the genuine, unscripted moments and the refined, artistic ones, creating a gallery that feels authentic to the day and true to you.

In my editing I’m drawn to rich greens and beautiful color, and I edit with clean, timeless tones. When looking back at your wedding gallery I want it to really feel and look how it did on wedding day.

I completely understand the importance of preserving your precious memories from your special day. As your trusted partner in capturing the magic, I have made my wedding package as simple as it gets. I love clean editing with true to life tones. My editing is also a bit bold and vibrant. When editing my number one goal is I want your photos to feel how it felt on your wedding day.
A typical wedding day 8-10 hours includes around 800-1000 photos. All photos are edited and delivered in an easy to use online gallery where you can download your high resolution photos and also send to family and friends. You receive full personal use and print release with your photos. You and anyone you send your gallery to can download, share and print images.
My wedding photography approach is centered entirely around you. Every couple and every wedding is different, and your photos should reflect your personalities and the vision you have for your day. One of my photographer superpowers is reading the natural cues between couples as they interact, allowing me to create images that feel effortless, authentic, and completely true to you.
My favorite thing about wedding photography is being able to deliver a gallery that lets you relive that crazy fast day over and over. As anyone that has been married will tell you your wedding day will go SO FAST. It will all seem like a blur, this is why it’s so important to me to document all your special moments as well as all those little in-between moments that are happening all around you. I can’t wait for you to sit back with your wedding photos in 10 years and have all those wedding day feelings rush back in.
I am a true believer that weddings do not fit into just one style and that’s why I effortlessly switch between styles throughout the day. I love blending natural poses, true candids, a little editorial and of course real documentary photos. I am your girl if you want a fun candid feel but also want someone there to help you with posing. I like to use prompts and also use posing that feels natural but also know when it is time to step back and get true documentary photos.
Engagement sessions are about an hour long and start an hour before sunset. I send out an engagement session guide that helps with styling, outfit choices and location options. I can pick our location or always up for something new if you have location ideas.
Sneak peeks are sent within 48 hours of wedding day and includes around 50 images. Your full gallery is delivered in 6-8 weeks of wedding day.
